For those opted for campus housing, Summer Conference Housing is available on campus at Mount College in Roth Quad, approximately 5 minutes walking distance to the Student Activities Center (see map). The rooms are located in newly refurbished residential halls which are non air-conditioned. They consist of six-person suites containing three bedrooms, a sitting room, and bathroom. Bedrooms can be singles or doubles.

CHECK IN DESK:  Conference participants will check in at the Hendrix College at Roth Quad. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 1 p.m. (We must be notified of any early arrival/late departures 3 days prior to the conference).

Beds are made up prior to arrival. Other bedroom supplies are furnished, including towels and fans. An on-campus dialing phone is in each bedroom, but calls can be made using an 800-calling card.

Each residence hall quadrangle has attractive outdoor areas where guests frequently meet for informal conversations. A large-screened television and ping-pong and/or billiard table are also available for guests in the lounge of each building.
